I want to thank you again for the hugely successful carpet install to our 65,00 sq. ft. corporate office. The size and visibility of this project had all of our executive team concerned. The fact we needed to do the entire project at night, with JKP lifting all desks, cubicles, file cabinets and the assorted odd items while having us ready for business at 7am was a bit daunting to me (to say the least).
Your patience on answering all my questions/concerns, commitment to timelines and customer service were amazing. Bringing out the Milliken rep prior to the project start date and your assistance from start to finish during this 23 phase project was phenomenal.
I give JKP a 5 out of 5 star rating, which allowed us to use you for our 20,000 sq. ft. office in Northern Ca. Another excellent performance of a fully occupied office! It was the perfect project to end 2016, and was a great win for me as Sr. Manager of Facilities.

They show up on time, listen to instructions, work hard and will go out of their way to get the job done in our time frames. "In the fall of last year, JKP re-carpeted interior corridors and workstation zones of our five-floor office building. Carpet tiles on a raised floor with utility services coming through the floor, all in a building that has an odd geometric shape which presents its own challenges. We had floor coordinators to manage staff interactions and a project management consultant to manage the floor coordinators and JKP.
This was one of the most successful and smoothest projects I’ve ever run. JKP knows their stuff. Bob Coles did an excellent job planning the work and found solutions that saved us time and money. The quality of the installation was uniformly excellent, and I was surprised at how effortless they made it seem. In the entire building, we had one piece of furniture that was damaged slightly and needed a sliding door replaced. Bob and his team were diligent in providing a replacement and coordinating its installation even though our supplying vendor didn’t perform as well as they should have.
JKP are the pros in my mind. They weren’t the cheapest bid we had, but I made the decision to go with them based on the quality of references from a larger project they had recently completed, someone I knew and trusted. This even though both of the other bidders have done good work for us in the past. It was a good decision and I would make it again in a heartbeat."
